Terms and Conditions

Membership in Prestige Rewards is complimentary and members must be at least 19 years of age. Personal identification, with date of birth for verification purposes, may be required upon check-in.

Prestige Rewards has no predetermined termination date and may continue until Prestige Hotels & Resorts decides to terminate Prestige Rewards, with or without notice. Members will have ninety (90) days from the program’s termination date to redeem accumulated points.

Members must remain active in the rewards program to retain points they accumulate. If a member is not active for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, the member may be required to forfeit all accumulated points.

Prestige Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to add, modify, or delete any of the terms, rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, rewards, or reward levels pertaining to Prestige Rewards at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of redemption already issued. Furthermore, Prestige Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to make changes that affect, but are not limited to, rules and procedures for the use of benefits, continued availability of rewards, blackout dates, room availability and benefits.

Prestige Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to discontinue membership for any member who, as deemed by Prestige Hotels & Resorts, who engages in conduct adversely affecting Prestige Hotels & Resorts or who as a guest, participates in unruly or illegal activity. Discontinued membership may result in the cancellation of the exclusive offers and privileges.

Prestige Rewards members are responsible for advising Prestige Hotels & Resorts of any address or email changes. Members are required to notify Prestige Hotels & Resorts of any lost or stolen membership cards. Prestige Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for charges incurred as a result of lost or stolen cards. All lost/stolen card notifications or changes must be forwarded in writing to:

Prestige Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding participating properties or partners.

Getting Started & Earning Points
After receiving the enrollment package at any Prestige Hotels & Resorts’ location, the member must create their online account and register their card number at www.PrestigeHotelsandResorts.com/prestige-rewards to complete the registration process.

For every dollar spent on hotel accommodations, excluding incidental charges and applicable taxes, ten (10) points are earned.

A “stay” or “qualifying stay” means all consecutive nights a Rewards Program Member registers and stays at any Rewards Program participating hotel, for which the room is billed to the Member. When multiple rooms are placed on one hotel bill, Prestige Rewards members may earn points for up to five (5) rooms per night at the same property. The member is required to have occupied one of the rooms and/or must have authorization to arrange settlement at check-out. Instances when a stay will not be eligible to earn points include, but is not limited to, non-qualifying rates, crew rates, rooms booked via third party online retailers like expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.com, Booking.com, and Priceline.com.

Cards must be presented to front desk staff during your stay for points to be credited to the member’s account. Failure to present your card may result in the forfeiture of points for that stay.

Redemption
Rewards are earned based on the total points a member has accumulated. Your earned rewards are available at www.PrestigeHotelsandResorts.com/prestige-rewards.

Instant Rewards can be applied to nightly rates as well as additional charges made to your room, which may include dining and spa services at participating locations. Instant Rewards are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

Certificate Rewards are mailed out to the member once confirmation of redemption is received. Reservations are based on availability and hold no cash value. Certificate Rewards are fully transferable. Please allow up to three weeks for Certificate Rewards to be received. Prestige Hotels & Resorts and Prestige Rewards are not responsible for any lost or stolen certificates.

If an e-gift card option is chosen, the e-gift card will be emailed to member within 3 business days of redemption. Certificates and e-gift cards are fully transferable. Individual merchant's terms and conditions apply.
